DeepBreath
A breath before you buy.
A calm one-minute breathing pause appears before checkout, so the things you buy are things you actually decided on.

How it works
- 01
You reach a checkout
DeepBreath recognises checkout pages on Amazon, Shopify stores, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Lazada, Shopee and most other online shops.
- 02
You breathe for a minute
A calm full-screen exercise: in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, out for 6. There is no skip button, and the timer only runs while you are on the tab.
- 03
You decide on purpose
Continue to checkout, or choose “Not today.” After you continue, that site stays unlocked for 10 minutes so multi-step checkouts flow through.

When the minute is up, the choice is yours.
It appears on checkout pages automatically.
Your pace, your rules.
- Pause length of 30, 60, 90 or 120 seconds
- Add your own checkout pages, or exclude sites
- See today’s pauses and purchases reconsidered
- Turning it off takes one breathing exercise too
- Full keyboard and screen-reader support
- Respects your reduced-motion setting
